• Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the declared value or standard liability as per international freight forwarding conventions (e.g., Hague-Visby Rules, Montreal Convention).

Unless specifically requested and agreed upon in writing, shipments are not insured. Insurance can be arranged at the customer’s request and cost.
