Fabric

Made of high-quality wear-resistant linen fabric, offering a comfortable feel, stain resistance, anti-static properties, and fade resistance. Flame retardant treatment can be applied upon customer request.

Back sponge

Made of high-density cold-foamed shaping cotton, offering comfort and durability, with a density of 45-60kg/m³. The back inner panel is made from high-quality multi-layer board, molded to create a curved shape that conforms to ergonomic principles.

Seat Foam

Uses high-density cold-molded foam, ensuring comfort and durability, with a density of 50-60kg/m³.

 Seat Frame

Constructed with high-quality cold-rolled steel plates (1.5mm thick), stamped, welded, and assembled into shape using molds. Featuring an iron frame + board structure, it replaces the widely-used wooden frame + board structure in the market. This design offers stronger support, is less prone to deformation or breakage, and is more sturdy and durable.

Seat Outer Panel

Made of multi-layer hardwood molded board with a regular thickness of 15mm. The surface is veneered and manufactured through high-frequency and high-pressure processes, providing strong support and excellent deformation resistance. Equipped with unique honeycomb-shaped acoustic perforations, it achieves an overall sound absorption rate of 0.5 and eliminates echoes within 0.1 seconds. This ensures good breathability of the seat and a noise-free environment in the venue. The panel is upholstered with highquality, durable linen fabric, offering a comfortable feel, stain resistance, anti-static properties, and fade resistance.

Frame

The armrest frame and base plate are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates (2.0mm thick), and the leg tube is made of high-quality square tubing (80x40x2.0mm thick). The components are stamped, welded, and assembled using molds. The surface undergoes rust-proof phosphating treatment, followed by matte black electrostatic spraying and high-temperature baking for a durable and smooth finish.

Writing Pad

Made of melamine writing board(265*235*15mm),PU edge banding on all sides,or black PP plastic writing board.Equipped with a high-quality aluminum alloy folding stand, folding with no noise.The writing board is stored inside the armrest foot, making it both aesthetically pleasing and convenient.

Base

Made of high-quality aluminum alloy, precision die-cast into a single piece with no weld seams on the surface. Equipped with built-in armrests, the product surface is treated with electrostatic spraying and baked at high temperatures. (Width: 50mm).

Horizontal strip decoration

Made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, formed by die stamping and welding, with the surface treated by electrostatic spraying and baked at high temperatures. The surface features electrostatic spraying with a protective powder coating >50μm, baked and cured with a high-temperature leveling process. The finish is a matte mirror-like ash-gray color, with no bubbles or scars. The vertical column and seat crossbeam are connected by an automatic return swivel hinge, and the seat crossbeam and seat are connected by a hydraulic 360-degree rotating gas lift.

Seat panel

The seat support components are designed with a pinch-proof concept. The entire support corner brackets are made of highquality aluminum alloy, die-cast into a single piece, and feature a seamless connection structure with the base, enhancing the overall safety of the seat. The corner brackets use a couplinglimited aluminum alloy integrated mechanism, with a surface treated by electrostatic spraying, and directly connected to the seat board. No external corner covers or decorative elements are used (to prevent detachment).

Positioning machine

The return mechanism features a coupling-limited structure, ensuring smooth return with no noise. A damping slow-return mechanism can also be added.
